Osteopathy

"When you have adjusted the physical to its normal demands, nature supplies the remainder. Andrew T Still"

Osteopathy is generally considered as a complementary, or alternative therapy. It seeks to treat problems by manipulating, stretching and massaging the skeleton and muscles. This relaxes the muscles and encourages blood flow and healing, helping increase mobility. The body's structures such as bones, ligaments, muscles and connective tissues are all intertwined, connected and work together in the body. As such, a problem in one area can impact other areas, such as tight neck muscles resulting in headaches.

It may be necessary to ask you to complete some exercises in between your treatment sessions. During the course of your treatment, your treatment will be continually reviews and altered if needed.
